Research interest

Dr. Katambara has participated in research on various topics including the following:-
  • Water Aspects in Agriculture
  • Hydrologic modelling using hybrid and heuristic modelling approaches (fuzzy modeling approach);
  • Environmental studies
  • Rainwater harvesting technologies;
  • Green building (use of agricultural waste (rice husk) in construction blocks making),
  • Design and construction of hydraulic structures (bridges and irrigation canals)
  • Quality assurance issues in higher learning institutions;
